JUH demands Gehlot’s dismissal Wants Chintan Shivir of Congress to introspect their polices for minorities
Mega Conference for Securing Justice was held at Jaipur by Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind

Jamiat Ulama-i Hind has once again demanded dismissal of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and bringing him “within the purview of an inquiry” to ascertain his role in the police firing on the Gopalgarh mosque in September 2011 which had claimed 10 lives.
At a public meeting titled “Insaaf Conference” organised in a resort situated in front of B. M. Birla Auditorium, the main venue of chintan shivir of Congress party, JUH general secretary Maulana Mahmood Madani said Mr. Gehlot was continuing in office 14 months after the violence “at the pleasure of top leadership [of Congress]”: “How long will Congress tolerate him? He is going to wreck the ship of his party.”
Mr. Madani affirmed that the “countdown” for Mr. Gehlot’s exit had begun when a former Congress MLA claimed in a PCC meeting recently that the Chief Minister himself had issued orders for opening fire on the mosque in Bharatpur district. “The congregation of senior leaders beginning here on Friday must take note of this. How can they allow him to head their government?” he asked.
The JUH considered on of the biggest Muslim organizations and has major influence in Indian Muslims threatened possible backfire from the community if Congress continues to distract from the problems of the community. Besides Maulana Madani those who spoke on the occasion include Maulana Abdul Wahid Khatri, state secretary of Jamiat Ulama.
The Rajasthan Muslim Aaraskshan Sangharsh Samiti and the Akhil Bharatiya Jat Mahasabha extended support to the JHU’s public meeting, which was attended by a large number of people from Jaipur and other districts. Among others, Bahadur Khan of the Kayamkhani Mahasabha, Zafar-ul-Hasan of the All-India Shia Samaj and M. Salim Engineer of the Jamaat-e-Islami Hind,addressed the gathering. Members of Jamiat Ulama-i- Rajasthan from all districts under leadership of Maulana Mohd Ibrahim State president participated in the conferece. Notable among them are Qari Ameen, Maulana Habibullah, Maulana Haneef , Maulana Tahir Mazahiri, Maulana Aleemuddin Ajmeri ect.
